LEBANON TRANSIT REQUEST FOR NATURAL GAS SERVICES
Lebanon Transit is seeking quotations from qualified vendors to provide a “FIXED PRICE” for Natural Gas Services and welcomes you or your firm to submit a quotation for the same. If interested, Quotations For Natural Gas Service Package correspondence and questions shall be directed to Terry Smith, Lebanon Transit, Manager of Operations, via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Contract/Agreement fixed price will include natural gas for the operation of the current Administrative/Maintenance Facility located at 200 Willow Street, Lebanon, PA. 17046, Lebanon Transit’s Shared Ride Facility at 145 Schneider Drive, Lebanon, PA. 17046 and Lebanon Transit’s Transfer Station located at 7th and Willow Streets, Lebanon, PA. 17046 and the CNG Facility located at 200 Willow Street, Lebanon, PA. 17046. All locations are separately metered.
The CNG Facility located at 200 Willow Street, Lebanon, PA. 17046 is operational.
Lebanon Transit is a Municipal Authority established in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Act of 1945, as amended.
The individual/firm must submit one (1) original quotation with required attachments along with two (2) hard copies of the quotation and required attachments. FAX copies will not be accepted. The sealed package/envelope containing the quotation must be clearly marked with the words “Natural Gas Services”.
All quotations must be submitted no later than 10:00 A.M. prevailing time, on Monday, January 28, 2019.

All quotations must be submitted in hard copy in a sealed envelope with the quotation title and date and time of quotation submission clearly marked on the face of the quotation package. Late quotations will not be accepted or considered. Lebanon Transit will not be responsible for late postal delivery service nor will postmark dates be considered in honoring quotations. Late quotations will be returned unopened and unread. Misdirected submittals will not be accepted.
Quotations will be read aloud on Monday, January 28, 2019 at 10:00 A.M, prevailing time at the Lebanon Transit Administrative Office, located at 200 Willow St., Lebanon, PA. 17046.
All Contract/Agreements are subject to a financial assistance agreement between Lebanon Transit, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the Federal Transit Administration
All individuals/firms submitting quotations will be required to comply with all applicable non-discrimination and non-collusion laws and regulations and certify they are not on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors (www.sam.gov).
