Public Notice: Disadvantaged Business Enterprise
Program Goals for Federal Fiscal Years 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Lebanon Transit, Federal Transit Administration Region III.
Lebanon Transit, in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26, hereby proposes an annual Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program Goal of 1.84% for procurements assisted by the Federal Transit Administration during Federal Fiscal Years 2018, 2019 and 2020.
It is the policy of Lebanon Transit to ensure non-discrimination based on race, color, sex or national origin in the award of contracts. The purpose of the Disadvantage Business Enterprise Program is to create equitable conditions of full and fair participation for all vendors in the procurement process. Lebanon Transit is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Interested parties may review the methodology used to determine the Federal Fiscal Years 2018, 2019 and 2020 Goals for forty-five (45) calendar days following the date of this Public Notice during normal business hours, 8:00 am- 4:00 pm, Monday- Friday, at the administrative office of Lebanon Transit, 200 Willow Street, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, 17046.
Written comment on the Federal Fiscal Years 2018, 2019 and 2020 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goals may be submitted no later than July 21, 2017.
A Public Hearing for the Federal Fiscal Years 2018, 2019 and 2020 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goals will be held on Monday, July 24, 2017 at 4:00 p.m., at the administrative office of Lebanon Transit, 200 Willow St, Lebanon, PA 17046.
