REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

 BANKING SERVICES FOR LEBANON TRANSIT

Lebanon Transit is seeking competitive proposals from eligible financial institutions to act as its main depository institution for a base period of three (3) years with an option for two (2) one-year extensions for a potential total of five (5) years.

Proposals and Agreement are subject to all applicable Federal and State laws and to a Financial Agreement between the Federal Transit Administration, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Lebanon Transit.

Proposers will be required to comply with all applicable Non-Discrimination, Non-Collusion, Debarment, Contractor Integrity Laws and Regulations and to certify they are not on the Comptroller General List of ineligible contractors.

Lebanon Transit solicits and encourages Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE/WBE) participation. DBE/WBE’s shall be afforded full consideration of their response and will not be subject to discrimination.

Lebanon Transit reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part or to waive any formalities as it deems to be in its best interest.

Proposals must be submitted no later than 1:00 P.M., Prevailing Time, on Thursday, February 6, 2020.  Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked “Financial Institution Proposal”.  If proposal is mailed, hand delivered or sent by courier, deliver to:
