Overview

For older Pennsylvanians, the Shared Ride program enables senior citizens 65 years of age and older to use Shared Ride, demand-responsive, curb-to-curb van services and pay only a small portion of the regular Shared Ride fare. Senior citizens or an approved third-party sponsor pay 15 percent of the fare, and the PA Lottery Fund pays the remaining 85 percent on local Shared Ride transportation service.

How to apply

Step 1*

Fill out the Senior Transit Card Application. Click below to fill it out and return to Lebanon Transit’s main office at 200 Willow Street in Lebanon in-person.

*Have a group and a venue? Lebanon Transit staff are available to visit groups to present on Shared Ride services and offer on-site registration. Call 717.274.3664 to setup.

Step 2^

You’ll need to verify your date of birth by showing one of the following forms of ID:

Step 3

Receive your Senior Transit Card same day when submitting the application in-person. Otherwise you will receive your card in the mail.
